We're trialling some new software aimed to help improve our customers' viewing experience. You’ve been chosen to try it out first and tell us what you think, but we notice you haven't had a chance to sign up yet.
What will happen?
First, your MY SKY will receive a software upgrade; this happens over the satellite so you won't need to do a thing.
What do I need to do?
- Complete a short survey – you can find the link below
- Spend some time using your MY SKY for a few days once the upgrade takes place
- Complete the second survey – we will send you the link a couple of days after the update and it should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
What do I get?
The privilege of being one of the first MY SKY customers in the country to experience the new software!

From the survey - it looks like you have to agree to the update in the survey *before* the update arrives. Presumably there's another survey afterwards.
