They are excellent and much more reliable than wireless options (where range performance varies with walls, distance and other interference)
I got mine from ebay (under $20) and hasn’t missed a beat running over a 20m hdmi cable.

Have the same unit from them, would recommend. Use it with the now standard sky box (with optional MySky functionality)
