I've been working in Australia a lot lately and I can't access my Lightbox service when I'm out of the country. Well, there are other options.

But now it looks like my payments can't go through if I'm out of the country. Lightbox have my correct payment details. But because the payment is failing it says I need to update my payment details. When I try to update the details It says Lightbox isn't available in my country yet and craps out.

I can understand the access issue, but why block my payments, tell me I need to correct my details then fail to let me update my details..... Which are correct anyway.

Sigh......

Things are looking up.

I got an email saying my payment details had been updated. So that party worked.

I'll be home in a couple days and I'll see how it looks. My TV is on Lightbox and that's at home. Maybe just a payment glitch.

I'll let you know if the problem is as it appeared. Hard to tell on a phone in Perth. :-)

As a side topic, theres now a KODI lightbox addon done a by a 3rd party. You might be able to use when away from your tv set..

We've had a few issues with our Lightbox log-ins from home recently.

Resolved by rebooting the router - go figure?
