From Nov 4 to Mar 20 there will be 100 games of cricket. At $55/mth for 6 months ($330) thats a whopping $3.30 per game.
Its soooo expensive to be a cricket fan.

yet people moan at the cost of Sky, you could get sky watch all the cricket and every other sport you want for the same price. Also the reason i hope Sky never goes under, i couldnt afford to watch Sport anymore.
Common sense is not as common as you think.
If you were a diehard cricket aficionado and watched every match then assuming all tests went to full duration and there was no weather affected play then there'd be 678 hours of cricket to watch over summer.
Would cost a massive 50c/hour. Just ridiculously cheap. Incredibly cheap if you only watched 1/2 the matches.

Don't forget the Spark offer of $30 a month, providing your BB is with them

Really?
I very much doubt sky is showing 100 games. Maybe 15 if there's nothing else playing.
I love it when opinion gets in the way of fact. That would actually be 111 matches (superstitious for some).
Thanks for playing.

If you are getting Fan Pass just for the cricket, then that might be true. But you'll get access to a lot of different sports for the same price. Tennis being the other big summer sport.
For me, I'm getting my summer of cricket from Foxtel Now. Foxtel have secured online rights for all the games, Seven have no online rights. They have shown NZ cricket games in the past, so I can watch them too.

Are you kidding me? $3.30 PER game might be expensive?!?!
Find me a cheaper form of entertainment. Seriously.
Its an expensive rort I read. Todays standard price expectation is $15 per month for everything that exists, in 4K, playable concurrently on 500 devices.....

At least the Aussies have the option of watching the cricket in 4K (for no more than the HD price as well, selected games only, requires an iQ4 decoder, HFC excluded). I imagine it will be at least a decade before we see that here, either through UFB or satellite.

Thats a little bit diluted
But its only selected games
But you need a special decoder
But not on HFC
