I have for the past couple of weeks been getting a email that the new series of Vikings has landed, going into lightbox no sign of Vikings is there, even searching only brings up “real vikings” as the second episode is due tomorrow where is the first episode, i have tried off the link in the email , tried via ipad tried via apple tv4 but cannot find it any ideas

Are you looking for season 6? From what I understand what has started again is the second half of season 5, with episode 11 being the one that came out last week.

I just checked on my PC and TV S5 E11 is there. E12 will be there tomorrow night

Ok it should be series 5 episode 11 but even via pc iad or apple tv4 the latest episode from last week doesn’t show up, i have just logged back in but only “ real,vikings shows up if searched for

Yep, Lightbox definitely has S05E11 and that is the latest episode out for the series.

Ok thanks,must be a issue with my account as searching for viking definitely doesnt bring it up, clicking on the link on the home page takes it to “nox”
Thanks for letting me know, i think i need to delve a bit deeper why its not available to me

Ok just googled it and the link took me back into lightbox but said my profile is not set to,play it, think i need to check my profile settings then

Switching profile rating from mature to restricted shows vikings, not sure why a restricted profile shows it but the mature one doesn’t???
Seems to be the wrong way round
many thanks for confirming that it was there and had to be something to do with my settings

Anyone can watch mature. But restricted is no one under age of number, e.g R18

While an M classification means the film is unrestricted - anyone can see it - it is more suitable for older viewers. This is different to the red labels which are legal restrictions and the film cannot legally be shown to anyone under the age on the label.

So not the wrong way around.

My profile was set to mature and wasnt able to find vikings, reseting it to restricted alows me to watch it the same with my partners profile.
Surely this is the wrong way round?, a restricted profie not restricted or limited to classification

The same was for better call saul, season 4 was not available now it is

Restricted profile = no restrictions
