Anyone else having problems logging into Lightbox on browsers today? The website loads OK, but I can't login. After I enter my login details I get an error message saying "Hmm something went wrong". I've tried all 4 computers (all Win 10), and several browsers: Chrome, FF, Edge and IE (all latest versions). I've tried disabling all the extensions/addons and clearing the cache etc, and all the other troubleshooting in the FAQ, but no go.

 

 

I don't have a smart TV but the Lightbox App on my Android phone appears to be working (it's permanently signed in), but if I go to "my account" in the app menu, it opens a browser (Samsung) and I can't login. I also can't login on Chrome on Android. My email and password are correct.

 

 

I haven't opened a support request yet. That's my next step. Just wanting to see if anyone else is having problems or not. Nothing is mentioned in the "other" section of Spark outages, or on Lightbox' FB or twitter page.
