Neighbour is keen as mustard to get Sky installed

If there is any Sky contractors based in Christchurch, could you please help out

You need Sky to deliver the decoder and set up the account.... so calling Sky would be the most logical?

Does your neighbour have the sky box already or is that part of the 'mis communication' i.e. no install date has been set yet?

Either-way, best they call sky and book an appointment if thats the case.

Contractors wont simply do the job without the 'order' from SKY.

@chevrolux they have been called, but the neighbor is requesting the Christchurch branch to help get the process sorted, unfortunately no reply from the branch

hopefully someone on geekzone might be able to push through with install

@goosey the neighbor doesn't have a sky box, has the dish already installed. Just needs the sky box with the contract to sign and good to start watching sky

Sky ChCh were meant to get in touch with my neighbor, but no communication for about week and half

just thought i'd ask on geekzone here for some help with Sky Reps

Not aware of any Sky reps that provide support here. They'll just need to call the 0800 number and explain they want it sorted.

Just as a suggestion, refer to this thread (Sky Deals) and see how the deal originally offered stacks up to the one mentioned on this page: https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=106&topicid=160441&page_no=61

If the offer on the page above is better, there is a phone number for you to call
