You have several options. HDMI splitters and extenders (including HDBaseT and wireless options), DVB-T modulators to use the existing aerial cabling or an IPTV solution involving an encoder, server and front-end clients. Each have their own drawbacks and benefits.

How far apart are the TVs, is there any practical way to run cabling or existing networking cabling in place?

It isn't basic. If you want basic then rent another decoder and have Sky run the coax from splitter.

As Spyware noted, it's not basic. You need more than a cable to do this.

The most basic setup would be an HDMI splitter and cable long enough to do the job (plus a second short cable to connect the splitter to the first TV). BUT 20m is out of spec for HDMI, so this may not work at all, unless you purchase an active cable. By the time you add it all up, I'd advise against that route and opt for an HDMI extender instead.

If you take the extender option, get one with an HDMI pass-through, so you can connect it to the original TV without requiring a splitter. Use dirt cheap Cat6 cable to connect the other end of the HDMI extender behind the second TV. BUT even doing this you may run in to some problems with differing TV capabilities and cabling.

Iogear Wireless HDMI - available via Amazon or possibly within NZ

https://www.iogear.com/product/GW3DHDKIT/

We used one very successfully for years to watch Sky in one room (where the Sky STB was) and on a second TV in another room upstairs at the same time. We had two remotes and could fully control Sky from both rooms.
