We seem to be having problems with our Sky + recording.

If we are on the channel we want to record - everything is fine.

if we want to record multi channels (ie ITV then BBC) - Sky + does not record!

We know that we cannot record and watch a channel as we have an old Sky dish on the apartment.

But it is very frustrating not to be able to record more than one channel when out of the apartment.

thanks in advance for any advice.

Cheers

I doubt you will get much advice from here as although there are some international members this is a New Zealand based site.

Why don't you call the Sky helpdesk over there?
