hi,
Had no problems with mysky til a few days ago. Hooked up third device through third hdmi plug on phillips tv and can't get picture or or sound through hdmi from mysky. Tried swapping ports and no matter which hdmi port on the mysky won't give picture or sound with all 3 devices plugged in.

With only two hdmi ports plugged in the mysky unit works fine. The other two devices (Zinwell decoder and ps3) work no matter what.

Only thing I can concude is some how having 3 things plugged in is making the tv alter it's hdmi signal some how, and the sky unit's not accepting it.

If go to componet, when not working on HDMI, in the menu where it has "HDCP Successful" or "HDCP Failed" it has the words "HDMI off", where when hdmi is working and I view this from componet it normally says failed, and successful when viewing from hdmi.

Strangest thing come accross. If I put free view out of standby and switch to mysky, with ps3 in standby then mysky will work with all 3 things plugged in, once it's working can turn free view off, but if I change input, or to analog tv station only way to get mysky working is to either unplug 1 hdmi, or power up the free view again.

Any ideas on what's going on?

From what you describe it appears to be a problem with having three active HDMI connections on your TV rather than a mysky fault,

Can you replicate the fault by finding another HDMI appliance and see if that also causes your TV to toss its toys?

I don't have fourth hdmi appliance. Just strange the only toy tv toss's is mysky no matter which hdmi connected to, it's happy with the other two.

The HDMI connections are part of the TV, surely they wouldn't put more connections on TV then what it can handle.
