Hi

I’ve installed the AppleTV app on the new skybox but it isn’t working properly.  It appears to be installed correctly but the sound and video is fast and jerky when trying to watch anything. Interestingly, the AppleTV previews (not trailers) are fine. Has anyone else encountered this problem and is there a solution?   I have no issues with all the other apps and sky itself.
