Sky Techo tried to install Sky HDI today and we wanted it hooked up to an Onkyo home threatre. This worked fine on Sky Digital but when installed everything, the Onkyo receiver keeps shutting itself off...techo says must be not compatable...has anyone esle experienced a simlar issue or have any suggestions on how sky can resolve?

Unfortunately this isn't really a Sky issue and they won't be of much help. Are you getting any HDCP error messages before the avr goes off? need abit more info. Try patching the HDMI cable straight to the TV from the HD Box. Just use the avr for audio.
