On our Sky decoder we have the aerial in/out and a few RCA connections, is it true you can plug the aerial into one TV (like we do now) and get Sky, then plug some RCA leads in and connect them to another TV and get Sky on there also (of course only being able to watch the one channel)?

Yep but thr RF (Aerial) connection is the worst possible quality. You should have 2 scart outputs which will do at least s-video which is a step up
