New sky box - TV Three news schedule unavailable Seems to have happened last couple of days

Got the new box, (my wife was finally prepared to try again)

Sweet up all our recordings. So Far So Good. All the recordings are working

Except TV3 news. I go to the TVGuide, and see this message in the timeslot the news is supposed to be:
Schedule unavailable at this time

Same message on the plus 1 channel

Nothing else seems affected,
Has anyone else seen this?

I was hoping someone might know how to fix it?

I have tried a factory reset, but it is still an issue.

If TV3 wont provide, it wouldnt be the hardest job in the world for a Sky employee to check out the programme guide on FTA and manually enter it into the Sky EPG.

Not really their job to do that, and their contract might prevent them from changing another broadcasters content.

Sounds like it is working as designed and not actually a fault

Seems like it’s back. We had the news on pause the other night and when we went to restart I couldn’t do anything other than let it run, ie no fast forward or rewind. The next night the news didn’t record and no sign of it upcoming in the planner. Like you I tried to reschedule but all Threes programs were not available.

Today the news is back in the planner. 🫨

Many do because they still want broadcast TV and if they cant get DVB-T then the freeview sat version looks like it was videod on a nokia and sent over MMS most of the time so they have to have sky to get it.

Some people have family members that actually prefer to watch programs available on sky, and want to be able to do it themselves without messing about with downloaded shows etc
