I hate the monopolistic way Sky acts and treats customers like crap.
However I have to take my hat off to them. I have has a problem with my Mysky box (original not HDi) and as I also have a HDi box had been putting off calling Sky for about 3 weeks because I couldnt face talking to them. However at about 15:00 yesterday I bit the bullet and called. After explaining the problem to 2 different people they decided to send a technician. He arrived within the hour. I am flabergasted, same day service. Geat going Sky, keep it up.
