We have 2 HDI boxes, one is not working after a power failure. It may have been recording at the time. The LHS power light is alternating between red and blue every 10 sec or so. All four column lights flash every 10 sec or so also. Pulling the plug for 30 sec, resetting, holding in the power button for 10 sec, getting SKY to send a reset signal, none of it makes the blindest bit of difference. The tech is coming on Tuesday but that means 3 days of no TV at all and quite likely a new box and all my recordings, many unwatched, are gone. Any ideas?

Maybe damaged by a surge. Anyway you say you have 2 boxes so you aren't without TV. You will be out of luck regarding unwatched recordings if they have to replace the box.
