Hi all,
Just upgraded to a MySky HDi box from standard Digital and the installer has plugged the phoneline in - I previously wasn't using it with the standard digital box.

A few hours later OnDemand is still empty and Box Office purchases are giving the "Purchases via remote are unavailable/please check your Sky box is plugged into a phoneline" error messages.

I have confirmed the phoneline is active - does Sky need to do something at their end to enable this?  Or should I just wait a while longer?

Thanks.

Also, it seems you can't press "1" to get channel 1? You HAVE to put "001"? Am I missing something?

Phone sky helpdesk and tell them you can't get on demand or box office even though you have the phone line connected. They will run a test for 24 hours and it should start working.

I had the same problem when they installed MySky HDi and the installer didnt plug phone line in... 1 call and a 24 hour test later it was all fixed.

It can take up to a week for stuff to appear. Try looking at it around Friday. Don't think they're sending movies down 24/7.

In the set up menu where there's test signal etc there's another test, might be test system - when use this one it comes back with phone line connected successfully (hopefully). Not at tv at present but hopefully enough to go on.
