It'll be aliens messing with us. In Independence Day wasn't that the first thing they took out?

Middle/Central East culture.
Don't forget B3 is poised to take out any miscreants. Skulking off the Coast of Africa I'm told.

I think Optus D3 is a little lost at the moment according to http://www.n2yo.com/?s=35756, its sitting at 159.41 degree's east as 1.00 pm today, i think it got more chance of crashing into Optus D1 than C1. And C1 will stay put because it also used for military use, unless the aliens or some thing else takes it out.

Looking at n2yo.com, Optus D3 is presently sitting at 159.48 and Optus D1 is sitting at 160.04
Not sure how you would translate that into actual distance apart, maybe 40kms? These is an 80km height distance between the 2 however. I'd say Optus would be keeping a very close eye on all their birds to make sure they don't actually bang into each other physically
