I telephoned Sky last week to get MySkyHDI at the cut cost of $49 installation. They are coming to install this Friday. Over the weekend my sister says that Sky called her to offer free installation - bugger. Has anyone else been offered free install or is my sister pulling my leg?

Have previously. Call back stating you want that offer or you will cancel the order. That should do the trick ;)

I paid $49 too and got multiroom free for 4 months. I had too plead with the 0800 customer rep. I know sky telemarketers are offering free mysky installs to people who haven't had sky before. Maybe your sister is a sky newbie?

The free multiroom for 4 months -- was this a deal just for you or is it for all MySKY installs? If so that would just put the icing on the cake for me getting it.
