Anyone here had their Sky monthly statement go AWOL? I've gotten like 4 this year.

A bit odd isn't it?

Not a biggie really as I pay via DD but I'm just curious if its just me or not.

This year I've received the January, February, May and October invoices and that's it!!

I pay via DD also so doesn't concern me too much but is a little bit unusual that some get through and others don't

Don't they only send you a statement if something has changed from the month before?

And they only send you a statement if something to pay. I had a first statement, then a credit kicked in and the statements stopped for 3 months....I was kind of getting worried that I was going to get a big bill.

But they've started again. So my point, is are you in credit? Changed address or something like that?

Since I moved from TCL TV to Sky September last year I've not changed anything to do with my account or address. I've had MySky HDi plus Sky Multiroom. The charges have only changed when Sky increased their prices a few months back.

So my monthly bill is the same every month ($109.95) and this gets debited from my credit card automatically on the due date by Sky. So I would assume that I am never in credit, yet my account is never overdue. I've received 6 invoices since September 2008 instead of the 13 I should have received.

I receive my account each month every month. I only pay using internet after it arrives

that would be an ecumenical matter

I'm not in credit and the amount is usually the same every month. I've been at my current address for 5+ years.

I wonder when they will start sending the statements out electronically?

I remember hearing an interview with Sky spokesperson Tony O'Brien on NewstalkZB back in June 08 and he stated that Sky were working on a new website and an e-billing system.
