Some channels are down like tcm Disney ci documentary animal planet art channel and more all say scheduled maintenance but we never not told about it at all

No we never did got told about it. It's sucks how sky brings down 6 channels or more with out tell us for 3 to 4 hours but hey it's back up now

Non-Sky related: TelstraClear sent out messages on their decoder-messagebox, and recently they sent out notification via emails too..

Just because the box suddenly says there is scheduled maintenance does not mean it is scheduled/planned. They probably would not want to say "disastrous loss of satellite feed" (e.g.).
