I setup a customer a couple of weeks ago with an HDMI 4x2 Matrix switch and it worked great.
Also bought it from Jaycar.
The MySky unit sits in a cupboard about half way between the two TVs and they are connected with two 15m HDMI cables, with a 1M HDMI cable from the Mysky unit to the HDMI switch.
The 15MB cables are ones with an amplifier at the display end built into the HDMI plug, bought from Computer Dynamics.
There is also an HDMI DVD player connected to the matrix switch.
With this setup both TVs can watch the same Sky channel, or recorded TV, at the same time or one can watch Sky and the other a DVD.

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.
