It tells me that the smartcard number cannot be found. It is the correct number, as the details screen on MySky HDi device, and the card itself, and Sky phone help confirm it is correct fromn my account. After 3 calls I was referred to the website help to log the issue as they cannot help with website issues.
I cannot see why they could not activate it from there? I put my Sky Digital smartcard it, and it told that that is not a MySky card, so the website is accessing something.
