Hi there,


It's Friday night and about an hour ago TV2 has become unwatchable, it's only TV2, does anyone else have this problem?

We recoeded shortland st on mysky and half way through watching the quality was shocking....all pixelated and bright colours ....was this similar for others or is this mysky????.

Funny when we fast forward the pic appeared good

yup i had recorded it for my sister and it had the same issue :| problem didnt affect the SD skybox in the house so must of been the Feed for the HDI box

Got any cordless phones by chance? I have a problem where C4 cuts out if I stand in certain positions in the room 50% of the time, or 100% of the time when I pick up the cordless. It goes pixelated, followed by the T100 rain fade message.

I think there is a particular Sky set top box which is susceptible to interference from Dect phones.. either that or channels on a particular frequency.. can't remember which.. sure someone will remember more thab me :)

I had to move our cordless phone, take it off-hook and everything on the 12644 H transponder became unwatchable
