sbiddle: Probably not, my understanding is Sky use HDCP on every channel and this does not support HDCP. It also says it supports MPEG2 encoding whereas all Sky HD content is H.264 - I would doubt this card could handle H.264 to MPEG2 transcoding on the fly.
Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

Correct on HDCP but the h.264 thing is irrelevant, because the box has already decoding the h264 and outputting it as raw video over HDMI. If it sent the h264 over HDMI then every tv would have to have support for it built in.
