Hi All

Have just bought a harmony 525 remote (which appears to be fantastic) however I haven't been able to find the correct settings in the Logitech database for it yet. Does anyone have any idea of the correct settings? I have 'trained' it, but on the menu screen, the movement buttons move 2 places and I can't figure it out.

Also

If we are looking at getting multiroom installed, do sky set up all the bits and pieces for MySky at the same time if we want to upgrade to that too? Does this cost much more?

Hi FAS, a bit strange Logitech DB doesnt have your settings for a Sky box... I recently bought a Logitech remote and went through the setup with all devices found so hopefully can help troubleshoot. (FYI, we have a 785 and MySkyHDi)

Couple things to check and confirm:
- It is def a 'Pace' box
- What model / product numbers can you see
- What is Sky's 'product name'? (Sky Digital, MySky, MySkyHDi etc)
- When did you buy the box and was it new from Sky

With this info we can see what the database has and maybe able to suggest the right settings to type in.

2nd Q we dont have Multiroom, but yep the installer should leave the job with a working MySky and Multiroom setup. Costs can be additional per month of $25 (Just Multiroom) to $86.52 (Multiroom, HDi Box, HD Ticket and Sports /Movie Channels in HD)

Just ring Harmony, they are very helpful. I have installed many of these, and have struck this before; ring them is the easiest option because I cant remember what needed to be changed to fix it.

If your talking about the silver Pace STB then it works with a Harmony 525 as I have one. For the second nite in a row it appears that the Harmony remote website is down again. It was OK this afternoon when I changed mine around otherwise I would tell you what model number. From memory and my setup info that I wrote it all down on it is a Pace DS230-NNZ

If you are talking MyskyHDi my 525 works fine with it. From memory I selected Sky Digital, typed in myskyhdi and away it went.

Yea that's exactly what I have done for a few of my customers and it worked perfectly.

Should work just fine. I have set a few of these up and they worked without a hitch. The exact model number is on the bottom or back of the sky box. I think there are settings in the Harmony software to fix double presses as well if you are still getting them.
