I'm trying to figure out why Top Gear did not record on the MySkyHDi. I have it set up as a Series Link, just like most other shows that I watch.

I initially thought that the last Top Gear wasn't aired but I've asked around and it was. I've had a look at next Sunday's EPG for Prime and Top Gear isn't listed.

Is it possible that it wasn't recorded due to incorrect EPG listing? who is responsible for making sure the EPG is accurate?

It was a Top Gear special episode so was possibly worded differently which may have caused MySky to not recognise it.

I noticed this also, although prior to it airing and manually set it to record through the MySky HDi unit

I think it mentioned at the end of that episode that it was taking a week off for easter and back the week after.

Yep. The one just gone was a special, which Series Link did not pick up.
The series final is on next weekend (after Easter), I think you will find that Series Link picks it up again next week, though it would pay to check.
