Prob things like the Contract Deal Sky negotiated with WWE also when Raw actually is like its the middle of the day here (NZ Time) so they are not getting a Prime-Time Audience for it.
I don't think Australia has it live either

nope, it's uplinked via Intelsat 5 on Friday mornings on C-Band.

I can't get it, but I guess that'd be a live showing, not sure though. Maybe some others would know.

why would they put it on at 11 o'clock in the morning? (or there abouts) It's only delayed by a few hours.

All the PPV's are live

allstarnz: why would they put it on at 11 o'clock in the morning? (or there abouts) It's only delayed by a few hours.

It screens here several days after the live show in the US.  It screens there on Monday nights (Tuesday midday-ish NZ time)
