Hi
I have recently joined sky and have a mysky hdi decoder, I love it, it works great, however when I took it on holiday with me I tried to use it on a satellite dish which is usually used for freeview satellite. The problem I’m having is I can’t get any signal on channels 1,2 and 3, however all other channels work fine with good signal strength. Do I need to move the dish or change a setting in the sky box; any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Luke

Hi, the HD feeds of TV1,2,3 and SMgreatHD are on the same transponder 10High 12358, and SM1HD is on TP10L 12331 but you say you can get SM1HD.

If the LNB at your beach house was going off, then one would expect that maybe the whole lower end of the band would drop off, so maybe its a local interference issue, I suggest you have the dish alignment and LNB health checked especially for the lower end of the band (ie TP10).

Cyril
