I recorded The Open (Golf) on SKY Sport last night. It was advertised as "HD", but clearly wasn't. I was watching the highlights package today, and it clearly was HD. What gives?

My harddrive is 60% full, and the coverage was ~10hrs - is the HDi bright enough to know to down scale to fit? Or is something else going on?

What about tonights coverage?

Of course Sky CSOs couldn't give a toss.

Cheers

Rex

no i watched it live and it wasnt in HD, but watching the ESPN feed on the internet (Sky for some reason didnt broadcast it untill later) they were showing it in HD so who knows what feed Sky was using.

Common sense is not as common as you think.
