Have you shifted to a different phone number since you first installed Sky?  In other words, you need to make sure Sky have your current telephone number.  I recall shifting myself once and just plugging the Sky box into an existing dish and phone jack without notifying Sky but I couldn't order a movie until they registered my new number.

The Modem works ok as able to use skybet and PVV events.

This only happens on mysky box as my other standard decoder upgrade channel works ok on that box.

Thanks

I also get the same error. Does the upgrade channel work for anyone else?

What exactly does it allow you to upgrade? Like adding sports or movie packages?

Spot on, you can add channels to your account but funnyily enough you can't remove any ;-)
