I signed up for online MySky recording scheduling, so that I can set recordings via the web.

I setup my smartcards (I have 2 mysky units) and labelled them .

Then, I setup all of my favorite channels.

Worked OK, but today, everything has reset. My settings are gone, and I have to reconfigure my smartcards and favorite channels.

This is amateurish from sky, and really annoys me.

I wonder, if anyone had the same happen?

Are you sur this is not a cookie issue? Or try calling sky to see if the problem is a that end.

i think you are talking about Remote Record. the favorite channel set in EPG is based on Cookie as the above states, so if you were using a different computer or deleted all cookies then those setting will be gone.

For Remote record activation, once you activated, then you it should always been activated unless you requested for disconnect, not sure about what the issue there.
