Channel 61 on Sky - Promo for MTV Classic has started.

Full schedule starts 5pm Wed June 1.

APSAT TV website says that ESPN HD has started (I can't verify as I just have the basic Sky decoder).
Not sure whether it's carrying shows, or a promo loop, or a test pattern.

The MTV ones a demo loop, ESPN seems to be the real deal, 1280x720 with MPEG audio.

how do u watch the espn hd?

When it launches on June 1, sky will signal your mysky box to tune into ESPN HD

excellent news. There's another test HD channel on there that is showing some odd EPG info.

Hmm.. has there been any chatter about other HD channels coming to Sky?

On the other hand, maybe this is for 3D testing before the World Cup? (seems awfully early if it is..)
