We currently have a Sky dual-throat, single-output LNB installed, connected to a simple splitter then a MySky HDi receiver + a PC and FTA receiver. The original install was in place when we bought the house, and the LNB was upgraded when we upgraded to MySky HDi. There was a pre-existing junction in the cable (two F-connectors connected through a female-female adaptor) where we installed the splitter.
I understand that Sky uses LNB's with 4 outputs for new MySky HDi installations. Is there any way to convince them to replace our LNB with one of these? I'd like to be able to switch between horizontal and vertical on the other receivers without affecting the MySKy HDi.
Thanks in advance for any help.
