Hi Everyone

I have been browsing the forums looking for an answer to my issue

I have borrowed a mysky box from my parents to try at my place. I have regular sky in my house but i am unable to use the mysky box in my place.

Iam using a LNB of 11300, the issue i have is the T100 and T102 atmospheric conditions and none of my satalites are locked

Is there something i can change in the menu to fix this or has the satalite become unaligned over the weekend?

Cheers

Hi, to access the appropriate menu press setup on the remote, then 4 for system settings, then press 0759 and select and you should be in the LNB setup menu. What do you see, if its set for 10750 then change the settings for 11300 or vice versa.

HI Cyrill thanks for the reply!!

yes i have changed that in the LNB setup i have tried both it was originally 10750, i swapped it to 11300 and i check on the dish to confirm.

I have saved these settings and performed a restart with no luck

Is there any other settings i can change?

Which connector is the dish cable plugged into? Standard is the furthest away from the edge of the box.

Is this the black mysky or the silver one?

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Hi Guys

Ok i managed to get this working thanks for the quick replies above!

I ended up calling sky technical help to walk me through it.

Changes they told me to do

I had the rf cable in the 2nd input but they told me to switch it to the first input

I had to try both LNB 10750 and 11300

All of these changes i had tried thanks to the forumns

After that it still didnt work and they said they needed to send around a technician which wouldnt have done me much good!!.

After leaving it for a while and performing a hard reset i noticed i had all of the programe information available, i tried to record a few programs and after switching channels i noticed that some channels were working and others had the same atmospheric conditions message.

after a few minutes all channels were working so maybe there was some lag time which i wasnt waiting for when i was playing around with the settings before.

Anyway all and all its all working and i can record the Peru vs uraguay game tomorrow morning!!!!

thanks to everyone who posted a response it was much appreciated

Cheers
