been having problems logging in to isky since last night.
Website is up, but cannot login ( which means that I cannot watch anything).

called sky, and the CSR claimed to have no knowledge of any problems.

have tried resetting my password, and logging in via Firefox and IE. Nothing.

anyone else having problems?

I also had a problem logging in (on the night of the 22nd) and tried multiple browsers with no luck. Have been able to log in fine since.

My guess is Sky has some sort of bandwidth/user limit, as I've only noticed this problem during bigger sports games (when more people would be trying to access iSky). On this particular night was the All Blacks.

It would make sense that they limit users at the login stage, rather than making everyone feel the pain of a lack of bandwidth with jittery streaming.

Really hope this isn't the case, as I was going to rely on iSky to watch the RWC.

Anyone from sky floating around these forums who can shed some light?
iSky is a great service, but I guess we can't really expect anything when it is still in beta.

Yea I think its just a beta thing - I havent heard or read anywhere about limiting users.

I think you will get the quickest response to any problems if you post on their facebook page.

Their editors seem to check that quite regularly  (they are also giving away prizes lately!)
