I've been having problems with it the past few days as well, no wonder they haven't taken it out of beta yet, it's so buggy.

I have had many problems like what you describe with iSky to the point where I've given up on it, until they sort out the issues.  About to switch to the Maori channel and watch Argentina vs. England live Cool

On Vodafone here, had it buffer only a couple of times the whole match.

Xnet here in chch.. Plain old dsl1 line. Watched all the games on isky today so the missus could watch buffy and the kids could watch some movie on the tv. No buffering at all apart from when I had a youtube video buffering in the background..

just saw an ad on TV for isky. Presumably that means it is out of beta and in full launch.

*checks isky site* nope.

how can they advertise it when it is still so broken?

where does the CGA stand on this kind of thing? If they are advertising it then surely that means it is part of the package I am paying $100+ for.

If it doesn't work does sky have a legal duty to fix it, or refund part of my package?

I've been watching games all day and just watched the world champions nearly lose their opening game by 1 POINT!, in 3 Hours of watching I probably got 5 minutes total worth of buffering.
