Hi,

Starship prices come up on first screen, i then pick channels i'm interested in which is sports and movies.

Then on next screen for review of prices, it's charging full price for everything, monthy bill goes from $82 aprox to over $120.

Not sure if allowed more then one service for $1 with way wording is, but it's charging full price for both.

Tried to ring customer services and getting message due to high volume of calls unable to answer phone and to use their website.

I know the dollar is only for first month, then full price.

Got through customer services, told person answered about second page of upgrade channel, they didn't comment on it.

Each channel $1 first month, get as many as want. Said a lot of people were putting them all on. I just got the two.

I kept a screen grab of the offer page so that if they try to charge me the full price of any of the extra subscriptions inside the first month, I have their wording to prove that it does not limit the $1 upgrade to one channel/subscription.
