Is this the same as the PCMCIA GTRAN Wireless Dotsurfer?

If so, does anyone know where I can get a XP SP2 compat driver?

With regard to drivers for the GTran DotSurfer GPC3000 (CDMA1X) the original drivers can be downloaded from: http://www.gtran.co.kr/gtranwireless/doc/customerservice/download_nz_nztelecom.htm
