Yes, but I can often be in places with poor/no mobile signal and good FM signal.

 

Anyway hence my question asking about getting a small portable digital FM radio to take around, like the examples I listed above.

 

just download some music to your phone,

your pool of phones is tiny these days so its a big compromise in what you're getting just because you want FM Radio.

Time to move forward
