If you do get one there are already firmware upgrades out to fix some of the major issues. I have no idea if these versions are available for NZ product codes yet but it would pay to try running PC Suite and NSU immediately before you install anything.

after using the 5800 for a few days i'm pretty pleased with it - the only thing missing was the document reader but other than that for the price i paid $680.00 phone only - it's a very good all rounder - particularly impressed with the GPS thingy and that u don't have to download the maps via the phone - u could download the maps on your PC and transfer it over eg for Aust and Oceania region 150 MB - Asia 500MB if i had to download that via vodafone - i won't be able to pay my mortgage for a month! just type in a address in NZ and out it comes! amazing!
