How Mijeco's Healthy Eco-Pulse Works
Think of a tuning fork. When you bang one fork, it resonates with a sound wave. When you hold another next to it, the second fork will pick up the first fork?s sound wave and tune.

Mijeco?s healthy eco-pulse works in a similar way, using a process known as resonant energy transfer. It acts as an antenna that transmits a healthy signal called a negative ion resonance.

Our bodies? magnetic field then receives this healthy signal and triggers a healthy response.

Bee: does your product works like a tuning fork or not? does your product infuse negative or positive ions? I'm only interested in negative ions

scuwp: Something has to get you in the end. I wasn't worried about cell phones at all, but now I am scared of lions and tigers getting into my house! Isn't there an app for that?

Damn right there is an app for that I have been using this for ages and as yet havent been eaten by anything. I assume lions and tigers are pests in places where they eat people, therefore this should work beauty.

If I tell you how it works you might go into business against me - I haven't yet got my patent approved :)

If you want to purchase a device and attempt to reverse engineer it then I cant stop you doing that at the moment...

Doing your best is much more important than being the best.

I read an article about cellphone radiation and how it affects your likelyhood of developing cancer. It was placed in the second category out of five, one being not severe, five being very severe. Other things in the second category were talcom powder and coffee.

So my understanding of it is that level 1 equates to being a biological organism and level 5 equating to rolling around in toxic waste.

DAMN!  I was actually joking. I didn't think there would actually be something like that...LOL

But back to the OP.  If you are worried about radiation then get a headset.  If you are that worried about it don't use a cell phone, put on your tin hat, and stay indoors (where the bears and tigers can't get you).  If I recall correctly the risk was the same as drinking coffee in the last (of many) research findings  :-)

So was I, I have been attacked three times by bears since buying that app.

Cell towers and cell phones are subject to different radiation standards. If you put a cell tower emitter to your head for an hour that would be very bad.

There are directional RF meters you can buy if you are concerned that a tower installation may exceed the standard. From what I've read this is unlikely.

This article has a balanced overview:

TinyTim: How does it know the difference between harmful frequencies and useful frequencies?

C'mon..... seriously..... It's on your Smartphone right?
The phone knows.

I think I just worked out why HARMonics are unwanted frequencies...... Usemonics must be good.

If I remember correctly the recommended maximum output of the towers far exceeded anything that would be of any use for a cellphone network.

Increasing the power output would do little more than put up the phone company's power bill as for every signal sent from a tower a Cellphone must respond, A Cellphone already has limits in place for power saving and other reasons.

I wrote this blog post some time ago (your call cannot be connected due to stupidity) and the graphic in it is still the best example I've found of the various different power outputs.

The recent research has looked for any obvious link between cellphone use and brain cancer or brain tumours. So far, no correlation. You would expect that increased use would lead to increases in cancers, but that's simply not the case. The incidence of brain cancer over the past hundred years has been steady (allowing for our greater understanding of what actually killed people of course). As you'll have noticed the use of cellphones over the past hundred years has increased dramatically.

If there was a link it would be manifesting itself by now. It's not.

That doesn't mean we should stop looking but so far the evidence is pretty compelling that there is no link between cellphone output and tumours.

Cellphone towers are a different matter of course. They're evil and shouldn't be allowed on God's Green Earth.

No, I'm joking. Cellphone towers, just like TV antennas and radio masts, don't do a blind thing to you. There's plenty of evidence around to support that (and one obnoxiously awful documentary that has forever tarnished the good name of Panorama in the UK) and the best place to start for a local view is the National Radiation Lab which is part of the Ministry of Health. There they can come out and monitor levels at a site if you're concerned.

Vodafone gets the NRL to visit a random selection of cellsites to compare output levels around those sites (remember, the output may not be just from the cell tower itself) and those reports are all available online at the Vodafone health section of the site.

Finally, as someone pointed out earlier, the World Health Organiation's International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has recently classified cellphones on its scale of things that cause cancer. IARC has five categories - Group 1 contains things that are clearly carcenogenic. Group 2 contains things that might (in high enough usage) be carcinogenic. Group 2A is probably carcinogenic. Group 3 is not classifiable (things like fluro lightbulbs and tea) and Group 4 is probably not carcinogenic.

There's only one thing in Group 4 (some kind of chemical I believe - Group 4 doesn't even include water). Group 1 contains the obvious things (asbestos, cigarettes etc). Group 2 contains things like anabolic steroids. Group 2A includes just about everything else including coffee, alcohol, talcum powder and yes, cellphone use.

For me it's all about the scale. Cellphone use sits pretty low on my scale of "things to worry about". On my scale of "things to worry about" before cellphones are:

coffee
alcohol
red meat
second hand smoke
car exhaust fumes
X Rays
international air travel
baby monitors/wifi/bluetooth
being hit by a car on Auckland's roads
my genetic disposition to high cholesterol
lack of exercise and my sedentary lifestyle
melanoma
drowning (I'm not a strong swimmer)
being bored to death in meetings.

Once I've solve that lot I will start to fret about cellphones but until then I think the benefits far outweigh the pitfalls.

I'm not paid by any cellphone companies, I've had this view for a very long time and while I'm more than happy if some scientist can explain why I should be worried, for now I'm content to use my phone up to 1000 minutes a month and let my kids play Angry Birds.

and now I've got a headache. Sigh.

cheers

Paul

PS, I wanted to include this but forgot why. Enjoy. PPS, can't make it work. Hope the link clicks through. Any editors help a brother out?

Panadol? Liver damage, dehydration issues.... inside that little tinfoil pack they're practically heroin!

edit: uh, that's a joke by the way Panadol. Please don't sue Mauricio for publishing such obvious lies. Innocent
