looks nice, the edges look a bit sharp, should've kept the keypad the same as the t630 one. I hope they'd made a big improvement to the specs. I'm more interested in the p200, supposed to be a smaller/simpler version of p800/900.

I will soon have the T630 firmware that works on the T610 available.
When I've got it I'll post the results and if anyone is interested I'll do their phone for them too.

Audiophiles are such twits! They buy such pointless stuff: Gold plated cables, $2000 power cords. Idiots.

The T630 is no longer listed as "Coming Soon" in the New Zealand section of the Sony Ericsson website. No news from Vodafone yet though.

NB: The colours which are listed as available are Black AND White :D

I installed the My Friends app on my T610 to give a run.
It's useless though, it needs a server to log into which would be provided by Vodafone.
Does anyone known if Vodafone NZ has any plans to support Wireless Villlage?

Nope. Bluetooth 1.2 introduces Adaptative Frequency Hopping, to avoid conflicts with wi-fi and other ISM uses, and a faster device discovery and setup. Devices are still classified in Class 2 (10m) and Class 1 (100m). Mobile phones are in effect class 2.

hmm that sneak peak of the "t650" from that unreleased video from se was actually something else, k700. its got the same res as a s60 phone but its not, more like a small upgrade of the t630. check www.howardchui.com

you are right the T650 was a rumour name. The phone now is officially the K700, and it looks pretty swish. Check out also www.mobile-review.com for pics and a run down. It looks like it will be a similar price to the T610 (around $350 USD, hopefully NZD will remain strong) when its released in the 2Q so it might be worth holding off on the T630 if you want something to show off.

Even swisher is the SE S700 which is a swivel phone with 1.3M pixel camera and MS Duo support, this will be released 4Q.
