First of all does SIM work in another handset with PXT and Vlive
Put your SIM into another PXT handset you know that works and send a PXT to your own number.
Then try downloading off Vlive!
Using import handsets on Vlive is not a good idea

Not a very clear answer
So does SIM work in another phone or not??
You want to find out what the issue is related to VFNZ network or your handset
