Hi there,
i have read the other thread regarding the problems surrounding the nokia 6585 and have half succesfully installed nokia suite. the image converter, ringtone maker and application installer ive heard work and thats really all i need.

my question to you is where can i find a sound converter which will convert .mp3 to .mid as this is the format needed to create ringtones.
and my other question is, where can i download java applications to my computer so i can load them onto my 6585 via the DKU-5 cable and nokia suite.

Thanks,
morf

As for the MP3 to SP MID, do a google search. There is some software out there but you may have to pay for it. Unless you can find a crack. As for applications, there are really not alot of Series 40 applications, I suspect because of the limitations of the software platform. Your best bet would be to buy a CD off Trade Me that has heaps of them on it (I got mine for $5.45 and its had thousands of pics games apps and tones) or check out http://www.imserba.com/
