A friend of mine on Vodafone is getting scary text messages from a stranger.
Can she block it? Will the cops in NZ do anything about it?
What's her best approach to stop this and possible, can she prosecute?

Ask your friend to keep all messages and contact Vodafone on 777. They have people to take care of this kind of situation.
