Doubtful, all the penta/quad band 3G phones are high end phones. I don't think you'll find any that are under $300.

That auction clearly says "For Vodafone and 2degrees". It's not for Telecom XT.

But the specs show it's an XT phone unsuitable for 2degrees or Vodafone.

Clearly a seller to avoid if they can't get the basics right.

I think Nokia Asha 300 is quad band on 3G/UMTS. But it is better to confirm that with the shop.
And it is under $300, but it is not a smart phone

True... Didn't even look down as it was already wrong on the first line. The phone will work on Telecom XT but will have some bad spots around on Vodafone/2degrees. Better not bother.

Nokia C7, N8 E7 are all penta band in the 3G range and are 100% 3G compatible on XT, 2 Degrees and Vodafone.

Have a link

Double check that the one you buy locally is the same edition but most of these are fine.

GSMArena doesn't list individual models and sometimes specs ate unified. This means not all handsets support the bands listed.

I wouldn't trust GSM Arena to have their facts correct.
