Hi all

SWMBOs phone died, well actually it still goes but the display keeps fading out (its a ten year old Nokia).

I am trying to figure out what to get her, It needs to be cheap preferably sub $100.

She was happy with the old phone, but she wants the ability to play MP3s and take the odd snap.

I have a Nokia Asha 200, and I regularly hook it up to my computer to type in long txt messages using the Nokia Suite program that i downloaded to my computer which then sends the txt out through my phone, would be cool if the wifes phone could do this to, as she is often having to text while on the computer.

I have seen the Nokia C2-02 which looks good, but I don't know if it is compatible with the nokia suite

Any suggestions as to other phones etc

Got one of these: http://pricespy.co.nz/product.php?e=641969

for sub $100 dollars a while back, chucked an SD card in it and showed my mother how to rip her CD's.

I'm pretty sure it works with Nokia Suite. If you look on the Nokia site here http://www.nokia.com/nz-en/support/product/c2-02/ it mentions using Nokia Suite for use with the C2-02

The only crop of current Nokia phones that don't use Nokia Suite as far as I know are the Lumia series.

Cheers, ended up getting her the Nokia asha 300 from warehouse stationary, suprisingly she has figured it out and was completely comfortable using it, within a few hours.

Bit jealous actually as its a touch easier to use than my Nokia asha 200.
