I am so angry with Samsung. What you may have read over the past few days about the HTC One being "defective" is total BS! Samsung workers have posted FAKE photos showing how a piece of paper can be put through the gap on the HTC One..

For the screenshot posted by Samsung Taiwan admitting guilt: http://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=566&t=3294194

interesting, can't find any other reference apart from the Op's and the link shows nothing.

Would have thought this would have been big news.

actually thinking about it I'm not sure why any company would do or sanction this sort of thing in particular Samsung as they have no need to. Its not as if HTC is any further ahead or has anything Samsung don't.

Be interested to find a link to some other news agency on this.

Not ideal by any stretch but to refuse to buy products from them over it, hmm that would be cutting off my nose to spite my face.

Sounds like the bright idea of some idiot in a subsidiary (Taiwan?).
I am sure Samsung head office has spent enough on legal fees to really want to knowingly risk legal action on something like this.

As mentioned above - HTC isnt exactly nipping at their heals at the moment.
