does i9300T mean it is locked to telecom? It shows the telecom logo when it starts up?

Most telco in NZ did not lock their phone except Skinny

Its not locked to telecom, its the telecom supplied model however.

I had issues with my 9300t on vodafone where it wouldn't connect to 3G Extended. No matter what i did including changing roms it wouldn't work. Changed it for a 9300 and everything was fine, so beware they may have done something with the hardware (which the T would denote).
